Stephen Connolly

Co-FOUNDER - president

Stephen is a father of two boys. Stephen first started skating when he was 13 years old. He stopped skating after he started college, but picked it back up when his oldest son became interested. At that point, he realized that the town had zero offerings for kids or families that didn't or couldn't be involved with 'team' sports or activities. In 2015 Stephen and his wife Tasha made a presentation at a Town Council meeting about the benefits of public Skateparks. The Council was receptive of the idea and formed an Ad-Hoc advisory committee.

Jordan Galiano

Co-FOUNDER - treasurer

Jordan has been volunteering and skateboarding at Solid Foundation New Jersey, a youth mentoring & skateboarding 501c(3) non profit, from youth to adulthood learning to serve a community, making new friends, and learning new skills. In 2012, he was awarded his Boy Scouts Eagle Award for collecting over a ton of food for the Interfaith Food Pantry of Morris County. Through skateboarding, Jordan learned to design and build skate ramps, and learned skateboarding photography. There have been previous efforts to build a skatepark in Pequannock that Jordan had been supportive of, but this is the first time he is helping to lead the charge.
